14. Loyalty Program Eligibility and Participation :
The loyalty program is exclusively available to customers of Alloy Bar & Lounge who use the Alloy Bar & Lounge Nairobi mobile
application. The application is completely free of charge for restaurant customers. There is no cost to register, accumulate, or redeem loyalty points. By registering for the app, customers are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program, and there are no additional fees to participate.
Earning Loyalty Points:
Loyalty points are awarded based on the total amount spent on food and products consumed in the restaurant.
For every 100 Kenya Shillings spent, the customer will receive 1 loyalty point.
Points will be credited to the customer's account upon the completion of each transaction.
Points earned are non-transferable and have no cash value. They can only be used as described below.
Redeeming Loyalty Points:
Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts or special offers within the restaurant, as determined by Alloy Bar & Lounge.
The number of points required for redemption may vary depending on the specific promotion or discount being offered at that time.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
No Charges for Redemption:
There are no charges associated with redeeming loyalty points, and customers can use their points for available discounts at any time, subject to restaurant terms and availability.
Loyalty points will be accumulated and redeemed directly through the Alloy Bar & Lounge Nairobi, and there are no additional costs associated with using the loyalty feature.
Expiration and Changes to the Program:
Loyalty points do not expire, but Alloy Bar & Lounge reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
Customers will be informed of any significant changes to the program through the Alloy Bar & Lounge Nairobi.
Non-Eligibility for Non-Restaurant Purchases:
Loyalty points are only awarded for food and products consumed in the restaurant. Purchases of gift cards, services, or other non-qualifying products are excluded from earning points.
Only valid transactions conducted at Alloy Bar & Lounge are eligible for loyalty point accumulation.
Fair Use and Fraud:
Alloy Bar & Lounge reserves the right to revoke loyalty points or disqualify customers from the
program if fraudulent activity is suspected or if terms of the program are violated.
Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the Alloy Bar & Lounge Nairobi Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
